Deep Physical Agent Modalities for the Occupational Therapist

The DPAM course offers 18 hours of instruction to those who need additional instruction to receive Kentucky OT certification.  The class will be divided between lecture and hands-on lab using DPAM’s incorporating into the occupational therapy treatment plan.  The course is approved for 18 hours of instruction by the KBLOT.

Solutions to Splinting the Elbow

Solutions to splinting the elbow is designed for the occupational/physical therapist with intermediate to advanced splinting skills. The class will focus on fabricating a 90 degree long arm elbow splint with dynamic digit extension; then advancing the splinting to an upright single/double hinge splint.  The class will also cover correct fitting of pre-fabricated elbow hinged splints.
