Dr. Wolff is the past Program director of the Christine M. Kleinert Fellowship in Hand Surgery. He graduated from Indiana University in 1969 and received his postgraduate training in Orthopedics at Charlotte Memorial Hospital in North Carolina. He served as a Christine M. Kleinert Hand Fellow in 1976.

Tsu-Min Tsai, MD, FACS

Dr. Tsai graduated from National Taiwan University, Republic of China, in 1961. He received postgraduate training at both National Taiwan University Hospital and the University of Louisville Hospital. Dr. Tsai served as a Christine M. Kleinert Hand Fellow in 1976. He is now Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Louisville.

Margaret Napolitano, MD, FACS

Dr. Napolitano graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 1993 where she received the Outstanding Student Plastic Surgery Department Award. She completed a general surgery residency in 1998 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She then completed a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Florida Department of Surgery in 2000.

Huey Y. Tien, MD, FACS

Dr. Tien graduated from Chung Shan Medical University Taiwan in 1986. He completed Orthopedic residency at Taiwan Tao-Yuan General Hospital in Taiwan. He served a one-year fellowship as a clinical fellow with the Christine M. Kleinert Institute and one year as a senior fellow.

Tuna Özyurekoglu, MD

Dr. Özyurekoglu graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey in 1994. He completed Orthopedics and Traumatology residency in Ankara Emergency Care and Traumatology Hospital in 1998. He is certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology by the Turkish Ministry of Health. He completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship at Manus Hand Surgery Center, Istanbul, Turkey.

Dr. Moreno graduated from the Colombian School of Medicine “Bosque University” in 1993. He then completed a residency in Orthopedic and Trauma surgery where he received a National Research Award. Sunil Thirkannad, MD

Dr. Thirkannad graduated from Bangalore Medical College, India in 1991. He subsequently completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery in 1996 where he was awarded the Lupin Gold Award and Natarajan Gold Medal. He obtained a Masters Degree in Orthopedic Surgery in 1996 and was certified by the National Board of Examinations in 1997. He completed a Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and from the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in 2004.

Dr. Palazzo is a board certified plastic surgeon who earned two degrees in engineering from the University of Illinois and received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1999. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria prior to pursuing his training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Louisville.

Donald A. Graham, MD

Donald A. Graham, MD

Dr. Graham was born in Western Canada. He completed a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada in 2006, and subsequently pursued graduate studies in Experimental Medicine with a grant from the Canadian Liver Foundation. He then attended medical school at the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine in Alberta, Canada. His post-graduate training continued at the University of Calgary with a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His fellowship training was in Hand and Microsurgery at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute and University of Louisville Hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky.

Elizabeth Guernsey is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, licensed by the State of Indiana and the State of Kentucky to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, diagnosis and management of common hand conditions. She has been a member of the Kleinert Kutz team since 2009.
