The Kleinert Kutz Hand Orthotics Center brings comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic issues relating to the hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder through custom orthotic (brace and splint) application. These services are provided by our team of specialized certified orthotic fitters and occupational therapists that design, fabricate and fit orthoses (braces and splints) for the upper extremity. We utilize a collaborative team process to gain optimal outcomes for patients of all ages.
We also design many different types of adaptive equipment to help patients lead active and independent lives.

Custom orthotics are made during the appointment and issued to the patient once a comfortable fit is achieved. Depending on the extent of the orthotic, the appointments may range from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. When we are assisting you with scheduling an appointment, we will discuss the length of time you will be with us.
While many patients are referred from a Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center specialist, any individual referred from a physician for upper extremity physical/occupational therapy or an orthosis, may be treated at the Kleinert Kutz Hand Therapy and Orthotics Center.
The Kleinert Kutz Hand Therapy and Orthotics Center offers an annual continuing education series to physical/occupational therapists treating hand conditions and injuries. Please check back for the 2016 schedule.
